Mattress Exchange
We offer a FREE mattress exchange on all beds. Our mattresses are made to suit you exactly: suitable for your weight, and your preference for feel i.e. soft, medium or firm. You get a 7 day trial and, if it’s not suitable in any way, call us for a free exchange or you can upgrade (charges apply).

Future-proof
We consider future flexibility in our bed design. All beds can be retro fitted with other products at a later stage. For example, a leg lifter, variable height mechanism or heavy duty/wall-hugging mechanism can be fitted to your bed later if your needs change. Similarly our grab ring can be added later, but may not fit cheaper adjustable beds as they are simply not strong enough.
Money Back
We will refund you the cost of the bed if you are not totally satisfied. You can use the bed for up to 7 days after delivery – and if not suitable we will collect it from you free of charge and provide a full refund when notified within this period.

Made for you
Our beds (and mattresses) are made to suit you – and your medical needs. For example, it is very important to make sure your bed is the correct height. Too high and it’s difficult to get in and too low and it’s difficult to get out of bed. We’ll ensure we understand and agree your specification before manufacture.
Delivered
Your bed will be delivered and set up by the Laybrook delivery team, not outside contractors. We know our products best. You’ll receive a full demonstration on operating your new bed.
Removal
We can take your old bed away when we have delivered your new one. This can be an important aspect of our service for customers, to ensure you are not left without an appropriate bed or face the cost and complexities of disposal.
High Standards
Our beds are manufactured in the UK by Laybrook to the highest standards. We are British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) approved, and abide by their Chartered Trading Standards Institute-endorsed Code of Practice.
Price Match
We believe no company betters our quality for the price. If you can beat our prices for the same quality of product with the same guarantees within 1 month of your purchase we will happily refund the difference in the cost of the products.
